If your business has an entity in a supported jurisdiction

You can still onboard with Reloadly if your business has a registered entity in any of these:

• United States
• United Kingdom
• Europe
• Singapore
• Australia
• United Arab Emirates
• Saudi Arabia
• Qatar

To do this, complete your profile using that entity's legal name, registration details and address. Our compliance team will review the entity's documents as part of the usual business verification (KYB).

Still can't complete your profile?

If your business isn't in a restricted country, or you're using an entity in a supported jurisdiction and still see an error, email tickets@reloadly.com with:

1. Your company's legal name and website
2. The country where your company is registered
3. The country you're signing up from
4. The email address you used to sign up
5. A screenshot of the error you see when you click Finish

Frequently asked questions

Can I sign up as an individual instead of a business? Reloadly accounts are for businesses, so you'll need a registered business to complete onboarding.

Can I use a VPN or another address to get around the restriction? No. The country restriction is based on where your business is registered and operates. Accounts set up using incorrect details will not pass verification.

I'm in a supported country, but my business is registered in a restricted one. Can I sign up? No. Your business needs to be registered in a supported jurisdiction. If it has a separate registered entity in one of the jurisdictions listed above, you can onboard with that entity.

Will this list change? It may. We review it regularly to stay in line with our regulatory obligations, and we'll update this article when it changes.
