From an empty templates page to a fully funded order — picking products, designing the reward, adding recipients, and sending it.

A Perq Reward campaign bundles a set of gift card products into a single reward, lets you design how it looks, and sends it to a list of recipients by email — all from the Perq Reward tab on your dashboard. Here's the full flow, end to end.

Start a new template
Go to the Perq Reward tab on your dashboard. Choose your delivery channel — currently Email is available, while WhatsApp and SMS are not yet — then click Create a Template.

Select your products
Search the bar by product name, or browse by category and load more products until you find what you're looking for. Check the box next to each product you want to include — your running selection shows on the right.

Design your reward page and email
Customize how the reward looks: upload your logo, set the logo and background colors, and write the message recipients will see. The preview on the right updates live as you edit.

Click Continue, and you'll design the email itself the same way — logo, colors, and message, with a live preview of how it'll land in the recipient's inbox:

Name your template
Click Continue once more. Under Additional settings, give the template a name and confirm your company name — this is mainly for your own reference when reusing the template later.

Add recipients
Click Continue to move to the Recipients step. Add each person who should get the reward, along with the amount for that specific recipient.

💰 Fund your wallet and send
Click Continue one last time to land on Complete the order, where you'll see a summary of the campaign template, recipients, and the total cost. If your wallet doesn't have enough balance, you can fund it right there before placing the order.
Once you confirm, the system sends the reward emails immediately — you'll see the same confirmation banner described in our article on Perq Reward Order History.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Can recipients choose any product I've added, or just one?
They can choose from the full catalog you've selected for that template — the reward isn't locked to a single brand unless you only add one product.
Can I send the same template to a new batch of recipients later?
Yes — that's exactly what the Template Name is for. Reuse the same design and product selection for future campaigns without rebuilding it from scratch.
Can I send rewards via WhatsApp or SMS instead of email?
Not yet. Email is currently the only available delivery channel — WhatsApp and SMS are shown in the interface but aren't available yet.
What happens if I don't have enough wallet balance when I place the order?
The Complete the order step lets you fund your wallet right there before confirming, so you don't need to leave the flow to top up first.
