How to find the Order History for your Perq Reward campaigns, and what each order's detail panel actually tells you.

Every batch of Perq Rewards you've sent — whether to 1 recipient or 3,000 — shows up as its own order in Order History. This article covers how to find it and how to read the full detail panel for any order.

Go to Reports → Perq Reward
From the top menu, click Reports, then select the Perq Reward sub-tab. You'll land on Order History, listing every Perq Reward order you've placed.

Click any Order ID to open a detail panel sliding in from the right, with everything about that specific order:

❓ Frequently asked questions
Why can't I print the order details?
You need to add your address details under your profile first — the system uses that information to generate the printable report.
What does "Total Gift-cards" mean if I only sent the reward to 1 recipient?
It reflects how many individual gift card products are bundled inside the reward template — a single recipient can receive a reward backed by a large pool of possible products, even though only one was sent to them.
Where do I see which specific gift card brands are included in an order?
The Rewards field in the order detail panel shows a preview of the brands included, plus the total count of products in that template.
Does this report show whether the recipient actually redeemed the reward?
This view focuses on the order itself (sent successfully or not). For redemption status, check the Recipients tab inside the same detail panel.
