Learn how to browse, filter, and use the live mobile operator promotions available on the Reloadly Portal.

A Reloadly account

Reloadly is interconnected with over 650 mobile operators worldwide, and each one of them — each MNO (mobile network operator) — runs its own separate promotions, available at specific dates, times, and terms. The Promotions tab is where you can see all of them live, so your customers always get the best possible bonus on a top-up.

Find the Promotions feed

You can view the daily promotions available directly from the Top-up tab. On the right-hand side of the Mobile Top-up screen, click View Airtime Promotions to open the full feed.

Filter by country, operator, or ID

The full Promotions page lists every active offer as a card, with its start and end date. Use the filters at the top to narrow results down to a specific country, operator, or a known promotion ID.

Check the terms and conditions

Click Read more on any promotion card to see its full terms and conditions — minimum recharge amount, eligible numbers, and any other restriction set by the operator. From there, you'll also find a button to start sending top-ups under that promotion right away.

Important: always check the minimum recharge amount and eligibility window before sending. Bonuses are granted by the operator under its own terms, so a top-up sent outside the promotion window won't qualify.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Are promotions the same for every operator?

No. Each MNO runs its own promotions, with its own bonus, dates, and terms — there's no single standard offer across operators.

What happens if I send a top-up after a promotion has ended?

The top-up still goes through as a normal recharge, but the recipient won't get the promotional bonus since it's outside the eligibility window.

Can I search for a specific promotion if I already know its ID?

Yes. Use the Promotion ID field in the filter bar to jump straight to it.

Do I need to do anything special to apply a promotion?

No manual step is needed beyond sending the top-up within the promotion's window and minimum amount — the operator applies the bonus automatically.
