❓ Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund if I just changed my mind?
No. A refund is only possible if the reward couldn't be delivered due to an incorrect email, or eligibility/availability restrictions — not for change of mind once it's been successfully delivered.
The recipient already redeemed the card by mistake — can I still get a refund?
No. Once a reward has been redeemed, it no longer qualifies for a refund, regardless of the reason.
How do I find my Order ID?
It's listed in the Giftcards report under Reports in your dashboard, alongside the recipient, amount, and status of every gift card transaction.
Does this also apply to Perq Rewards?
Perq Rewards follow this same process, with one extra rule — see our dedicated article on Perq Rewards refunds for the details.
