Do recipients need to create an account to redeem their reward?

No. Recipients can redeem rewards directly via the link provided — no sign-up required.

What happens if a recipient doesn't receive their reward?

You can resend rewards from the dashboard. Delivery status is tracked in real time, so you'll always know what's pending, sent, or redeemed.

💡 Tip: before resending, ask the recipient to check their spam or promotions folder — that's the most common reason a reward "never arrives" even though it was sent successfully.
