Short answer: no. If a top-up transaction fails, your Reloadly Wallet balance is never deducted for it. Nothing leaves your wallet unless the top-up actually goes through successfully.
ℹ️ You can double-check this any time in Reports → Airtime — a failed transaction shows a Failed status, and its amount is never reflected in your wallet's balance history.
