Every login to your account, time-stamped and traceable
How to check who's logged into your Reloadly account, from where, and when — straight from the Security tab.

Session logs give you a full history of logins to your Reloadly account — when each one happened and from which IP address. It's the first place to check if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Go to Security → Session logs
From the top menu, click Security. Scroll down to the Session logs card, below the 2FA and IP whitelisting panels.

Read the log entries
Each row shows exactly when a login happened, from which IP, and what the outcome was:

Last activity at
The exact date and time of that login.
IP logged on from
The IP address that login originated from.
Event
The outcome of the attempt, e.g. Successful Login.
Don't recognize an IP in your logs? Rotate your password immediately, double-check that 2FA is enabled, and contact our support team so we can help you secure the account.
