Learn how to send your first gift card through the user Portal, from picking a product to the recipient receiving it by email.

Reloadly's Gift Cards let you purchase and send digital gift cards to anyone, anywhere, in just a few clicks. This guide walks you through sending your very first gift card in Live mode, from finding a product to the recipient getting their redemption email.
In this article
Go to the Gift Cards tab
From the left side panel of your dashboard, click Gift Cards. You'll land on the gift card catalog, where products are organized by category and country.

Set the destination country
Gift card availability varies by country. Use the country dropdown at the top of the catalog to select the country where the gift card will be redeemed — this filters the catalog to only show products available there.
Choose your product and amount
Click on the product you want to send — for example, Netflix Spain. You'll see the product page with the amount range, recipient details, and the purchase button.

Remember: gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Double-check the product, amount, and recipient before confirming.
Add the recipient
Check the terms and conditions box at the bottom of the page, then fill in who the gift card is for:

Pay and confirm
Click Pay from my wallet to complete the purchase using your Reloadly Wallet balance. The transaction is processed instantly.
What the recipient receives
Right after the purchase, the recipient gets an email with the gift card code and redemption instructions. They don't need a Reloadly account to use it.

Can I cancel or refund a gift card after purchase?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, in part or in full.
Does the recipient need a Reloadly account?
No. They simply receive an email with the code and redeem it directly on the brand's website or app.
Can I send a gift card to a country different from where the product is sold?
Gift cards are only valid in their specific region, unless they're marked as a global product. Always check the product's redemption region before sending.
What if the gift card is lost or the recipient deletes the email?
Gift cards can't be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged, so make sure the recipient's email address is correct before sending.
