Transaction Refund policy

We understand that mistakes can sometimes happen during the top-up process and our team always does what it can to rectify such issues.

When it comes to wrong number top-ups, our options are very limited. As soon as a transaction is completed, credit is applied by the operator to the listed number, which means we cannot retrieve the credit amount.

So we are unable to reverse top-ups or refund credit that was sent to the wrong number.

This means, unfortunately, there is a NO REFUNDS policy on top-up transactions that have been completed and successfully confirmed with the operator.

You must make sure to double-check the phone number and amount before completing your transactions.
