We understand mistakes happen during the top-up process, and our team always does what it can to help. But when it comes to a top-up sent to the wrong number, our options are genuinely limited — here's why.

Why we can't reverse it

The moment a transaction completes, the mobile operator applies the credit to the number you entered — instantly, and on their side, not ours. There's no mechanism to retrieve that credit back once it's been applied.

No-refunds policy: top-up transactions that have completed and been successfully confirmed with the operator cannot be reversed or refunded — including when the number entered was wrong.

✅ The one thing that actually prevents this

Double-check the phone number and the amount before confirming any top-up. Since the transaction can't be undone afterward, this check is the only real safeguard you have.
