Every Perq Reward commission you earn is logged automatically and visible in your Payment History. This article covers when a commission is generated and exactly how to read each line in that report.

When a Perq Reward commission is generated

A commission is created the moment the end user selects a product and redeems a reward — not when the reward is sent. No redemption, no commission yet.

ℹ️ Which rate applies? To know exactly which commission rate applies to a given product, check your Giftcard Pricing, under Pricing → Gift-cards. Rates are set per product, so they can vary from one gift card to another.

Go to Payment History

From the top menu, click Reports, then select the Payment History sub-tab. Every commission, manual recharge, and other wallet movement is logged here.

💡 Tip: Reports also has a dedicated Perq Reward sub-tab with the redemption-level detail. Payment History is the one to check specifically for the commission and wallet balance movement.

Reading the Payment History table

Use the date filters at the top to narrow the range, then look for rows with Perq-Reward-Commission in the Type column:

Old Balance → New Balance

Shows your wallet balance right before and after this specific commission was credited — useful for tracing exactly where a balance change came from.

Type: Perq-Reward-Commission

This is the label that marks a row as a commission earned from a Perq Reward redemption, as opposed to a manual wallet recharge or other movement.

ℹ️ Notice the small amounts? Individual Perq Reward commissions are often just a few cents per redemption — they're meant to add up over many transactions, not stand out as large one-off entries.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see a commission for a reward I just sent?

Commissions are generated on redemption, not on send. If the end user hasn't selected a product and redeemed it yet, there's nothing to show in Payment History.

How do I know how much commission a specific product earns?

Check Pricing → Gift-cards for that product's current rate. Rates are set per gift card and can differ from one product to another.

What's the difference between Payment History and the Perq Reward report under Reports?

Payment History shows the financial side — commissions, fees, and wallet balance movement. The Perq Reward report focuses on the rewards themselves (campaign, recipient, redemption status).

Can I export just the Perq Reward commission rows?

Use the Filter option to narrow down by type before clicking Download report, so the export only includes the rows you need.
