Please plan payments accordingly specially around weekends and bank holidays, as funds will be added to your wallet when funds are received. Ensure you send us your wire transfer receipt or Bitcoin hash to [tickets@reloadly.com](mailto:tickets@reloadly.com) or via the Live chat so we can apply the funds faster to your wallet (during working hours). We will deduct all credit card processing fees charged on every credit card payment, and your Reloadly wallet will be credited with a net amount (Amount sent less fees charged). You can see these fees in  [My Reports / Payments History](https://dashboard.reloadly.com/reports/payment-history). \*\*\*Make sure your account currency and your credit card **currency match**, otherwise the micro-verification process will FAIL. \*\*\* Make sure the information provided is correct else you will encounter an error as we use 3DS Authentication    2. **Wire Transfer** For clients with Monthly Sales over $5,000 please make sure you send **wire transfer**. Please make sure to submit the proof of payment once it's initiated.  **Acceptable format for Proof of Payment (POP)**A proof of payment can be a receipt (either a scan or a PDF) or a screenshot from your online bank, clearly showing the following: 1. Your details — we need to see your name and account number, and your bank’s name 2. Our details - our bank’s details and our account number 3. Date — when the transfer was initiated 4. Amount — the amount that you sent to us 5. Currency — the currency in which your money was sent to us 6. Right now we accept payments in **Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT** and **USDC** (ERC20 and TRC20), and **Binance Pay**.
