At Reloadly we offer many different payment options for you to choose from. Here's a quick gif showing you the navigation on this page:

IMPORTANT:

Payments sent on weekdays after 3 pm CET or on weekends will be added to your account the next working day.
Please plan payments accordingly specially around weekends and bank holidays, as funds will be added to your wallet when funds are received.

Ensure you send us your wire transfer receipt or Bitcoin hash to tickets@reloadly.com or via the Live chat so we can apply the funds faster to your wallet (during working hours).

Please note that for any payment option, the minimum amount that can be applied to your wallet is 100 USD / 100 EUR / 100 GBP / 200,000 Naira / 10,000 Rupees

NOTE: PAYPAL and ZELLE Payment Option are no longer supported

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Navigate to your Wallet to see the different payment options:

1. Credit Card
   You can use your Credit card to fund your wallet. We will deduct all credit card processing fees charged on every credit card payment, and your Reloadly wallet will be credited with a net amount (Amount sent less fees charged). You can see these fees in  My Reports / Payments History.

   
   ***Make sure your account currency and your credit card currency match, otherwise the micro-verification process will FAIL.

   *** Make sure the information provided is correct else you will encounter an error as we use 3DS Authentication 

    

2. Wire Transfer
   For clients with Monthly Sales over $5,000 please make sure you send wire transfer. Please make sure to submit the proof of payment once it's initiated. 

   Acceptable format for Proof of Payment (POP)A proof of payment can be a receipt (either a scan or a PDF) or a screenshot from your online bank, clearly showing the following:
   1. Your details — we need to see your name and account number, and your bank’s name
   2. Our details - our bank’s details and our account number
   3. Date — when the transfer was initiated
   4. Amount — the amount that you sent to us
   5. Currency — the currency in which your money was sent to us
   6. Reference — the reference you added to your transfer

3. Crypto

Kindly note that Crypto Payment is supported via a trusted and secured crypto payment gateway. Right now we accept payments in Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and USDC (ERC20 and TRC20), and Binance Pay.

Navigate to My Wallet tab in your Dashboard, click on Add Balance and select Crypto Payment. 

A pop up window will appear for you to input the amount you wish to transfer in your wallet currency:

When you click next, you will be prompted to select the currency:

When you select the network it will show you the unique address and QR code. You will have aprox 20 mins to complete the transaction:

If you choose Binance Pay, please scan the QR code with your Binance app.

4. Other Payment Options (Only for Africa):

Reloadly also accepts payments via different methods in Africa such as Mobile Money, USSD, EFT via Banks, and more (based on the country where the account is registered).

To access this payment method, feel free to navigate to Wallet, click on Other Options, enter the details and complete the payment:

The added balance will reflect automatically into your Reloadly Wallet after deducting the payment gateway fees. For more details about the fees please refer to the below table:
