A guide to the Reports tab — where to find your top-up, gift card, and payment history, plus how to filter, search, and export it.

A Reloadly account
Every top-up, gift card, utility payment, and payout you've ever sent through Reloadly is logged and searchable under the Reports tab. This article walks through each report available, what it shows, and how to filter and export the data.

Go to the Reports tab
From the top menu of your dashboard, click Reports. You'll land on a sub-menu with every type of transaction history broken out into its own report.
The seven reports available
Under Reports, you'll find a row of sub-tabs — one for each transaction type:
📞 Airtime
Every mobile top-up you've sent, with operator, amount, and delivery status.
🎁 Giftcards
Every gift card purchase, including the product, recipient, and order status.
🧾 Utility Payment
Bill payments processed on behalf of your customers — electricity, water, and similar services.
💳 Payment History
Every time you've added balance to your wallet, by card, bank transfer, or crypto.
🔍 Number Lookup
Your MNP (mobile number portability) lookup requests, showing the operator detected for each number.
💬 Airtime SMS
Notification SMS messages sent to recipients after a top-up went through.
🔗 Payout Link
Every payout link you've generated and its current status — pending, claimed, or expired.
Reading a transaction table
Every report shows a detailed table of transactions. Here's the Giftcards report as an example — the columns are similar across reports, with small variations depending on the transaction type.

Filtering and exporting
Use the filter bar above the table to narrow down results by date range, brand, user email, transaction ID, or status. Click Clear all to reset every filter at once, or Download report to export the current results.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Where do I check my MNP lookup history?
Under Reports, click the Number Lookup sub-tab to see every mobile number portability check you've made.
Can I see all my transaction types in one combined report?
No, each transaction type (Airtime, Giftcards, Utility Payment, etc.) has its own dedicated report with its own filters and columns.
What format does Download report use?
The export reflects whatever filters are currently applied to the table, so you can download just the slice of data you need.
Why does my Commission column show $0.00?
Commission depends on the operator's current discount on the Pricing page — some products or operators may not generate a commission on every transaction.
