I am getting a 404 on auto-detect endpoint?

I am getting a 404 on auto-detect endpoint? https://topups-sandbox.reloadly.com/operators/auto-detect/phone mike

sometimes we may not be able to auto-detect the operator for a number. 404 here means we were not able to auto-detect the operator.
Number maybe disconnected, out of service, virtual etc..
