Reloadly's Mobile Top-up lets you send prepaid airtime to any phone number, anywhere, in seconds. This guide walks you through sending your very first top-up in Live mode, from the recipient's number to the confirmation screen.

Go to the Mobile Top-up tab
From the left side panel of your dashboard, click Top-up. You'll see your wallet balance, the Mobile Top-up form, and a list of current operator promotions on the right.

Enter the recipient's phone number
Fill in the recipient's phone number and select the correct country code, then click Next.

Confirm the detected operator
Our auto-detect system will try to identify the correct operator based on the phone number. Please check it's the right one before sending the top-up — if it's not, use Check operators to pick the correct one manually.

Choose the amount
Once the operator has been selected, you'll be able to choose the amount. Depending on the operator, amounts come in one of two formats:
↔️ Range
Type any amount within a minimum and maximum, e.g. between $0.04 and $160.77.
🔢 Fixed amounts
Pick one of the preset values the operator offers — you can't enter a custom number.
In this example, the operator offers a fixed list of amounts. Select the correct amount and click Next:

Confirm and send
The system will ask you to confirm the request. Make sure the phone number, amount, and operator are all correct, then click Confirm.

Important: once confirmed, the top-up is sent immediately and can't be cancelled or refunded. Always double-check the number and amount on this screen.
Check the transaction and notify the recipient

You'll be able to check the transaction details right there and print the receipt. You can also send an SMS to the recipient letting them know about the top-up.

What if the auto-detected operator is wrong?
Click Check operators next to the detected result and manually select the correct one before continuing.
Why does the amount I enter differ from the delivery amount?
The amount you pay is shown in your account's currency, while the delivery amount reflects what's credited to the recipient's line in their local currency.
Can I cancel a top-up after confirming it?
No. Once you click Confirm, the top-up is sent immediately to the operator and can't be reversed.
Does the recipient need to do anything to receive the top-up?
No. The credit is applied directly to their line. Sending the optional SMS just lets them know it arrived.
