When purchasing a top-up the operator should be automatically selected during the recharge process from the app. You can change the operator before you proceed.
Unfortunately, if you’re looking to top-up using a specific operator and they do not appear as an option, they aren’t currently available.
If you do not know the operator of the recipient’s phone, please contact them to find this out before topping up.
