      I am having trouble recharging a number. Your system cannot identify the company, therefore I could not top up the number. Can someone help me.

      Our API and web portal automatically will detect the mobile operators based on country code + phone numbers.
      Remove the country code in front of the number. It's not working because you're essentially adding it twice.
