A quick guide to removing a saved bank card from your Reloadly Wallet.

A saved card

Got an old or expired card sitting in your Reloadly Wallet? You can remove any saved card in just a couple of clicks from the Wallet section.

In this article

Go to My Wallet
Select the card
Delete it

Go to My Wallet

From the top menu, click Wallet. Scroll down to All cards, where every bank card you've added is listed.

Select the card

Click directly on the card you want to remove — look for the small hand icon in the top-right corner, which marks the card as clickable. A Perform action on card window will open.

💡 Tip: if you have more than one card saved, double-check the last 4 digits shown on the card before deleting — there's no undo once it's removed.

Delete it

In the pop-up, click Delete. The card is removed from your wallet immediately.

Important: if the card you're deleting is set as default and is also used for auto-recharge, switch auto-recharge to a different card first — otherwise automatic top-ups to your wallet will fail.
