Every top-up you send through Reloadly generates a commission — a small percentage you earn back on top of the cost of the transaction. This article explains where that commission comes from and how it's applied to your wallet.

Where your commission comes from
Every operator on the platform offers a discount percentage on top-ups, which you can see for yourself on the Pricing page of your user Portal. That discount is what becomes your commission every time you send a top-up to that operator.

How it's applied to your wallet
For every transaction, your wallet is debited the cost of the top-up minus the commission generated. In other words, the discount is applied automatically — you don't need to calculate or claim it separately.

💰 No withdrawals needed
There's no separate payout step for commissions. Since they're applied directly as a discount on each transaction, your earnings simply stay in your wallet and reduce how much you need to top it up going forward.
You're always in control of how and when you add balance to your Reloadly Wallet — your accumulated commissions just make future top-ups cheaper.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Is the commission percentage the same for every operator?
No. Each operator sets its own discount, and rates can vary by country. Check the Pricing page for the current rate per operator.
Can pricing or commission rates change over time?
Yes. Operator discounts can be renegotiated and updated, so it's always worth checking the Pricing page rather than relying on a rate you saw before.
Do I need to request or withdraw my commission separately?
No. Commissions are applied automatically as a discount on each transaction — there's nothing to request or withdraw.
Where can I see how much commission I've earned?
We cover this in detail in the next article on tracking your commissions.
