# Get Notified when your balance runs low

Wallet · Balance Alerts

## Don't let your balance hit zero by surprise

Set a threshold once, and we'll email you with enough time to top up before you lose a single transaction.

Losing business because your balance quietly hit zero is one of the most avoidable problems out there — so we've built a way to make sure it never catches you off guard.

## Go to My Wallet

Click **Wallet** in the top menu. Right under your balance, you'll find the notification settings.

Notify me when balance runs below $0 and $0

Add more emails to receive balance notification

Upper Threshold:

0

Lower Threshold:

0

Recharge wallet

## Check the box and set your threshold

Check **"Notify me when balance runs below..."**, then set the amount in the threshold fields. Once your balance drops below that number, you'll get an email — with enough time to add funds before you actually run dry.

 ℹ️ **Want more than one person to get the alert?** Click **"Add more emails to receive balance notification"** to include teammates or anyone else who should know.
