Losing business because your balance quietly hit zero is one of the most avoidable problems out there — so we've built a way to make sure it never catches you off guard.
Go to My Wallet
Click Wallet in the top menu. Right under your balance, you'll find the notification settings.

Notify me when balance runs below $0 and $0
Add more emails to receive balance notification
Upper Threshold:
Lower Threshold:
Check the box and set your threshold
Check "Notify me when balance runs below...", then set the amount in the threshold fields. Once your balance drops below that number, you'll get an email — with enough time to add funds before you actually run dry.
