A bank card
Your Reloadly Wallet is the balance you use to pay for top-ups, gift cards, utility payments, and payouts. You can recharge it at any time from the Wallet section of your dashboard, using a bank card, bank transfer, or crypto payment. This guide covers the card flow.

⚡ Set up auto recharge
To make sure you never run out of balance, turn on Auto recharge in the right-hand panel of the Wallet section. You'll be able to set:
- Recharge amount: between $50 and $1,000 per transaction.
- Minimum threshold: once your balance drops below this value (between $5 and $100), the auto recharge triggers using your saved card.
That way your top-ups, gift cards, and payments are never interrupted by insufficient funds.
🧪 Test the flow in Sandbox with test cards
Important: test cards only work when the Sandbox toggle is turned on, in the top-right corner of the dashboard. They can't be used in your production environment and won't add real balance outside of Sandbox.
If you want to test the recharge flow without using a real card, turn on Sandbox, repeat steps 2 and 3, and on the Add Card form click 🧪 Test cards (top right). You'll see a list of valid card numbers organized by region.

❓ Frequently asked questions
Why do I see a small charge on my card right after adding it?
That's the verification micro-charge. It confirms your card is valid and is automatically reverted as soon as it's approved, without affecting your real balance.
Can I use test cards on my real account?
No. Test cards are only valid with the Sandbox toggle turned on and won't add real balance or affect your production account.
How long does it take for the balance to show up in my Wallet?
With a card, the recharge is processed and reflected immediately. With a bank transfer it can take longer, depending on your issuing bank.
Can I save more than one card?
Yes. From the Payment methods section in Wallet, you can add additional cards by clicking Add Card.
