Refund process for undelivered rewards
Refunds are only possible for rewards that have not been redeemed, have not expired and cannot be delivered due to incorrect email and/or eligibility or availability restrictions. See redeem instructions of each gift-card. for reference.
Please open a ticket with our support team at tickets@reloadly.com and provide:
Order ID, Recipient Email, Amount, Date created, Reason for Refund
*Please remember that any expired Perq Rewards can not be refunded.
