Same rules as any gift card

A Perq Reward can be refunded under the exact same three conditions that apply to any other gift card — it must not have been redeemed, must not have expired, and must have failed to deliver due to an incorrect email or eligibility/availability restrictions.

To request it, open a ticket at tickets@reloadly.com with the Order ID, Recipient Email, Amount, Date created, and Reason for refund — exactly as described in our general gift card refunds article.

The one rule unique to Perq Rewards

There's a single difference worth remembering for this category specifically:

Expired Perq Rewards can never be refunded — no exceptions. This applies even in cases where a similar expired gift card from another category might still be reviewed.

Is a Perq Reward that hasn't expired yet refunded the same way as a regular gift card?

Yes — if it hasn't been redeemed, hasn't expired, and couldn't be delivered due to an incorrect email or restriction, it follows the exact same process as any other gift card refund.
