A Perq Rewards template bundles a set of brands into a single reward, lets you fully design how the email and redemption page look, and gets sent to a list of recipients — all from the Payout Link tab on your dashboard. Here's the full flow, end to end.

Start a new template
Go to the Payout Link tab on your dashboard, then click Create Template. You'll move through a 4-step flow shown as a stepper at the top: Brand → Email template → Webpage template → Additional settings.

Step 1 — Select brands
Search by brand name or filter by country, then browse the collapsible categories — Payment Cards, Software, Gaming, Entertainment, Shopping, Crypto, Travel, Charity — to find what you want to offer. Check the box next to each brand to add it to your template.

Step 2 — Design your email
Click Continue. Upload your logo, set its size and background color, pick a button and text color, optionally upload a custom gift card image, then write the subject line and message. The preview on the right updates live.

Step 3 — Design your reward page
Click Continue again. This is the actual landing page recipients reach after clicking Redeem now — same kind of settings as the email (logo, colors, gift card image), plus the page's background color and message.

To redeem the reward, recipients follow 3 steps: click Redeem Now to get started, get redirected to the reward redemption page, then select their preferred product(s) and use up the full reward amount.
Step 4 — Additional settings
Click Continue once more. Give the template a name and confirm your company name — mainly for your own reference when reusing it later.

💰 Add recipients and send
With the template finished, add each recipient's email and the amount for their reward. Click through to Complete the order, where you'll see a summary of the template, recipients, and total cost — fund your wallet right there if you need to before placing the order.
Once you confirm, the system sends the reward emails immediately — you'll see the same confirmation banner described in our article on Perq Reward Order History.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Can recipients choose any brand I've added, or just one?
They can choose from the full catalog you've selected for that template — the reward isn't locked to a single brand unless you only add one.
Do all brands cost the same?
No. Each brand in the reward catalog may have its own fee. When the recipient checks out, the total value plus all associated fees for the brand(s) they pick are calculated automatically.
Do I have to use the default Perq card design?
No. You can upload a custom gift card design to match your brand at both the email and reward page steps, or keep the default Perq card if you don't have one ready.
Can I reuse the same template for a future campaign?
Yes — that's what the Template Name in Additional settings is for. Reuse the same brands and design for future sends without rebuilding from scratch.
